The mission of Children & Family Ministries is to foster the spiritual growth of the children God has entrusted to us and to equip them with an understanding of the Bible, an
acceptance of Christ's gift of salvation, and a desire to engage in an ongoing relationship with Christ through prayer, intentional Bible study and fellowship with other
believers.
We are committed to providing quality Christian programming to children and families that is founded on Christian principles and encourages growth in their personal
faith and a stronger relationship with God.
As the new Director of Children & Family Ministries here at Emmaus, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kristin Lindholm and I have been a member of Emmaus
for 8+ years. I am married to Chris and have two children: Sam (8) and Annie (5). For the past decade I have taught English at Northfield High School and am extremely
excited to embark on this new journey in children and family ministries!
There are some wonderful new opportunities for our children and families
this year. Our new afterschool program "WonderKids on Wednesdays (WOW)" is offered to preschool through fifth grade children. With the new early release at our
elementary schools on Wednesday, we are excited to offer an Emmaus bus to transport kids from Sibley, Greenvale and Bridgewater to Emmaus for WOW! Preschool programming
will be from 4-5 p.m.
Please check out the links in the lefthand column to learn more about our programs for children and their families. I am blessed to be a part of the community of believers
here at Emmaus. Feel free to contact me with any questions. My email address is klindholm@emmauschurch.org, or call me at 645-9480.
Blessings!
Kristin
