Will Healy, Senior Pastor
Will has been at Emmaus since 1987. A graduate of Bethel College and Seminary (St. Paul, MN), he received his Doctor of Ministries
degree from the Association of Chicago Theological Schools. He is married to Julie, who teaches third grade at Bridgewater Elementary
in Northfield. Will and Julie have two young adult children, Nina and Sam. Will is also a harmonica player of very little note
and is most likely unavailable for your next garden party.
Rob Ryden, Director of Worship and Administration
Rob and his family have been part of the Emmaus community since they moved to Northfield in 1999. He originally hails from
the bustling burgh of Moose Lake, Minnesota and earned a bachelor's degree from Luther College and a master's degree from the
University of Minnesota. Rob is married to Heather, who teaches in Northfield. Together they chase around three very curious
and lovely children (Sam, Drew and Grace), but they rarely catch them. After a fifteen-year career in education, Rob is very
excited about embracing a new challenge in the serving of God through service to the amazing body of believers at Emmaus!
Abe Johnson, Director of Student & Family Ministries
Kristin Lindholm, Director of Children & Family Ministries
Kristin has been attending Emmaus since 2000. She and her family have lived in Northfield for 14 years and thinks this town ROCKS.
Kristin graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in English Education and then went on to get her Masters of Education from St. Mary's University.
For the last decade she has been fighting the war on ignorance as an English teacher at Northfield High School. The favorite part of her job
is being taller than the kids she serves.
Karen Nelson, Office Manager
Karen has been attending Emmaus since 2001. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Minnesota. On her first go
around she earned a degree in Family Studies and then went back to get a Master's degree in Family Education. She has
worked with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness and was a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher before
becoming a mom to Cooper and Sam. Karen and her husband Gregg have lived in Northfield for 10 years. They both enjoy being
outside with their boys and passing on their many amateur naturalist hobbies. She believes that her doughnut buying skills
will serve her well in this position.
Lori Rossmiller, Office Manager
Lori is from Austin, Minnesota and has been attending Emmaus since 1998. She is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and
earned her Master's degree in Education from St. Mary's University. She spent several years teaching Spanish at Northfield
High School and then spent several years at home with her boy's Jack and Tate. Lori met her husband Pete working in
Yellowstone National Park and they have lived in Northfield for 8 years. Lori's favorite part of the job is answering the
telephone and finding that it's almost always someone she knows on the other end of the line.
